All bookings require a deposit of £5.00 per person payable at the time of booking, this is non-refundable. The balance must be pre-paid in full 14 days prior to the date. All monies receive are strictly non-refundable.

Starter
Roasted Vine Tomato and Pepper Soup, Herb Croutons
Game terrine with homemade chutney, toasted brioche
Cornish smoked mackerel mousse with toasted ciabatta, herb salad
Main Course
Cornish roast turkey with chipolata sausage and bacon, apricot and thyme stuffing, homemade cranberry sauce, red wine jus
Fillet of salmon with a spinach and wild mushroom mousse, sun blushed tomato and basil dressing
Marinated loin of pork, apple and pear compote, tarragon and white wine sauce
(v) Roasted butternut squash, leek and Cornish goats cheese tartlet

£27.00 per person (price includes a full festive dinner menu served from 7.30pm – 9.00pm, followed by dancing with music from our resident DJ until midnight)

£45.00 per person to include background music during the meal, followed by a disco to see in the New Year!
